In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa, and references to any gender include all genders.

Term	Meaning
"da1111"	The online betting and casino platform operated at da1111.app, including all sub-pages, features, games, and services accessible through the website or any associated application.
"Platform"	The website, mobile interface, and any related technology infrastructure through which da1111 delivers its services to users.
"User" / "Player" / "You"	Any individual who accesses, browses, registers with, or uses the da1111 platform in any capacity, whether or not an active wager has been placed.
"Account"	The personal, non-transferable account created by a User following successful registration on the da1111 platform, through which all betting activity, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus claims are managed.
"Real Money Balance"	The sum of funds deposited by a User into their da1111 Account that have not yet been wagered or withdrawn, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
"Bonus Funds"	Any credits, free bets, or promotional amounts awarded to a User by da1111 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
"Wagering Requirement"	The minimum number of times a bonus amount — or the sum of a deposit plus a bonus — must be staked before any resulting winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
"Know Your Customer" / "KYC"	The identity verification process through which da1111 confirms a User's identity, age, and payment method ownership, as required by platform policy and applicable standards.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country or territory from which da1111 does not accept registrations or wagers. Users must confirm they are not accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration and during continued use.

References to "these Terms", "this Agreement", or "the Terms & Conditions" mean this document as amended from time to time. References to da1111's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any published bonus terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms by reference.

By accessing the da1111 platform in any manner — whether by creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the website — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, your sole recourse is to immediately cease use of the da1111 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. da1111 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users of material changes via email or on-platform notification, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from translation or interpretation in any other language, the English version of these Terms shall always prevail.

da1111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any feature, game, promotion, or the platform itself at any time and without prior notice. da1111 accepts no liability for any loss arising directly or indirectly from any such modification, suspension, or withdrawal, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To access the full range of da1111's services — including placing bets, claiming bonuses, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. da1111 will not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under the age of 18. Age verification may be requested at any point, including before processing a first withdrawal.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Persons under legal guardianship or otherwise lacking contractual capacity may not register.
• Single account: Each person may hold only one active account on the da1111 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of any balances therein, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
• Accurate information: All registration information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be currently subject to any self-exclusion arrangement — whether with da1111 directly or via any third-party responsible gambling scheme — at the time of registration.

da1111 reserves the right to request identity documents at any time as part of its KYC process. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period requested by da1111 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending completion of verification.

Account registration is free of charge. da1111 does not charge a fee for creating or maintaining an account, though transaction fees from payment service providers (such as bKash or Nagad) may apply to deposits and withdrawals in accordance with those providers' own published fee schedules.

All financial transactions on the da1111 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). da1111 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit cap imposed by da1111 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider — typically within seconds for bKash and Nagad. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible, in line with standard anti-money-laundering practice. Processing times for bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically under 10 minutes during normal operating hours; the maximum processing time for any withdrawal request is 24 hours. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 3–5 banking days depending on the issuing bank.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified under your registered name. da1111 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• da1111 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal, at its sole discretion.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if KYC documentation has not been provided and verified to da1111's satisfaction.
• Where a User has deposited via multiple methods, da1111 may at its discretion return funds proportionally to each method used, up to the deposited amount, before processing any excess winnings to the User's preferred withdrawal method.

da1111 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees at the platform level. However, payment service providers including bKash and Nagad may deduct their own transaction fees from the amounts transferred. Players are encouraged to review their chosen provider's fee schedule before initiating transactions.

da1111 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL cricket season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses issued by da1111 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times — as specified in the individual promotion — before any winnings derived from those funds can be transferred to the Real Money Balance and made available for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple will always be stated clearly in the promotion description.
• Validity period: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the remaining bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from them.
• Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% of each wager staked towards the requirement, while table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. Contribution rates for each game category will be published in the individual promotion terms.
• Maximum bet with bonus: While Bonus Funds are active in your account, a maximum single-bet limit applies, as specified per promotion. Placing bets that exceed this maximum single-stake threshold while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings at da1111's discretion.
• One bonus per promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per User, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — through multiple accounts or other means — will be treated as a violation of these Terms.
• Withdrawal order: Where a User holds both Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, Real Money Balance is used first for any wagers placed, unless the User is participating in a specific bonus that requires Bonus Funds to be staked first. This order may be adjusted by individual promotion terms.

da1111 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any change does not retroactively reduce the value of a bonus already claimed and in progress by an eligible User who has already begun satisfying the wagering requirements in good faith.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering completion mechanism, or combined with other bonuses unless da1111 explicitly states that combination is permitted in the specific promotion terms.

All bets placed on the da1111 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game type. General principles governing all betting activity on da1111 are set out below.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted up to the start of the relevant event unless in-play/live betting is available for that market, in which case bets may be accepted during the event up to the point at which da1111 closes that market. da1111 reserves the right to suspend or close any betting market at any time without prior notice, including in response to breaking news that may affect the integrity of the event.

• All prices and odds are displayed in decimal format and are correct at the time of display, but may change before a bet is confirmed. The odds at which your bet is accepted and confirmed are the binding odds for that wager.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event, as displayed at the time of bet placement. da1111 reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions without prior notice where unusual betting patterns are identified.
• In-play cashout is available on selected markets. The cashout value offered at any given moment reflects current market conditions and is not guaranteed to remain available up to the time of request. If a cashout cannot be processed due to a rapid market movement or technical issue, the original bet will stand to its natural conclusion.
• In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, reduced in overs, or declared void under the rules of the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI), da1111 will settle bets in accordance with its published cricket betting rules, which treat such scenarios on a market-by-market basis.

Casino & Slot Games: All casino games and slots operate using independently certified Random Number Generators. Game outcomes are determined at the moment a round is initiated and cannot be altered after that point. Any malfunction of a game that results in an incorrect display of results or an impossibly large payout figure will render the round void; da1111 will restore the account balance to its state immediately prior to the affected round.

Live Casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studio environments. Any disruption to the stream — whether caused by network issues on da1111's infrastructure or on the User's connection — that results in an incomplete round will be handled in accordance with the live game provider's (Evolution Gaming, Ezugi) own game rules, which are made available within the game interface.

da1111 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider-information exploitation, or collusion between Users in multiplayer game formats. Any account found to be engaging in such activity will be permanently closed without prior warning and all balances forfeited, with the matter reported to relevant authorities as required.

As a User of the da1111 platform, you agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of legitimate entertainment gaming and sports betting, and to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these Terms and with fair play principles at all times. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or deliberately incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing or facilitating a person under 18 to access your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological tool to place bets, harvest data, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, pricing errors, or any other platform malfunction for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through a demonstrable platform error are not valid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner not consistent with genuine recreational gambling. This includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee bonus extraction, or using Bonus Funds solely on low-risk outcomes to meet wagering requirements artificially.
• Attempting to launder money, fund terrorist activity, or use the platform for any purpose other than lawful recreational gambling.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing da1111 staff members or other Users through any communication channel, including live chat, email, or any linked social media presence.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other Users' accounts, da1111's back-end systems, or any part of the platform's infrastructure not intended for public access.

If you become aware of any other User engaging in prohibited conduct — including suspected underage gambling, account fraud, or match-fixing activity — you are encouraged to report this to da1111 support promptly. da1111 treats all such reports in confidence and investigates them thoroughly.

da1111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion, including without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Evidence that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• A request by the account holder to self-exclude under da1111's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Extended inactivity — an account that has recorded no login or financial activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative fee of ৳100 per month after written notice, and will be permanently closed after a further 12 months of inactivity.
• A formal instruction received from a competent legal or regulatory authority.

Users who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting da1111 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the User's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided that all outstanding KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds that have not yet met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where an account is closed by da1111 due to a breach of these Terms, the disposition of any remaining balance will be determined by da1111 at its discretion, having regard to the nature and severity of the breach. In cases involving confirmed fraud or money laundering, balances may be withheld pending investigation and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

These Terms & Conditions, together with all policies incorporated by reference, represent the entire agreement between you and da1111 in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, negotiations, or understandings, whether oral or written, relating to that subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with general principles of online gaming regulation applicable in the jurisdiction in which da1111 operates. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through da1111's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration before an independent arbitrator agreed between the parties, or if no agreement can be reached within 30 days, appointed by an arbitration body of da1111's designation.
